We are helping to produce better, faster, and more economically priced medicines, medical devices, and diagnostic solutions around the world.Business AnalystBuild flexible, scalable, usable business capabilities using technical knowledge such as identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and processes that are cost-effective and enable business needs. Utilize deep biotech process expertise to deliver transformational capabilities for our clients.Responsibilities

Work with business users to understand business needs and objectives.Document business requirements, functional specifications, solution design, system requirements, and process/data flows for all assigned development efforts.Prepare and lead coordination meetings between developers, business users, and vendors.Work with developers to review and clarify requirements to ensure technical specifications and design satisfy the business needs.Perform unit and functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).Validate final solution/product meets signed business requirements documentation.Monitor and manage issue logs with prioritization of critical issues.Apply information systems development, implementation, and operation control concepts in a wide variety of technology settings and appropriately assess the exposures resulting from ineffective or missing control practices.Stay abreast of technology developments related to domain expertise.Conduct system requirement gathering, system selection, and ideally implementation.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.8-10 years experience, ideally with an LMS used across the company.Domain expertise in one or more functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, commercial operations, or finance).Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues, and influencing clients on recommendations and analysis.Exceptional skills in creating project documentation and communication.Strong ability to gather and analyze data to develop facts-based conclusions and recommendations.Expertise in business metrics and process modeling.Knowledge of the full software development life cycle.Excellent communication and facilitation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio.Additional Information
