Build flexible, scalable, usable business capabilities using technical knowledge such as identifying, evaluating, and developing systems, processes, and analytics that are cost-effective and enable business's needs. Utilize deep biotech process expertise to deliver transformational capabilities for our clients.Responsibilities
Work with internal business users to understand business needs, objectives, and optimization opportunities regarding systems and processes.Document business requirements, functional specifications, solution design, system requirements, and process/data flows for all assigned development efforts.Prepare and lead coordination meetings between different internal stakeholders and possibly vendors to ensure solution design is properly scoped at project onset.Develop automated and actionable metrics-based reporting tools for key activities that directly enable decision making.Perform unit and functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) as required.Validate final solution/product meets stakeholders' business requirements.Monitor and manage issue logs with prioritization of critical issues.Stay abreast of technology developments in business analytics, software development lifecycle management, and artificial intelligence.Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; demonstrated ability to communicate ideas, issues, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to individual contributors, mid-level managers, and senior executives.8-10 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role focused on technology transformation and analytics.
