Vaco is in search for a A/P Specialist, direct hire, hybrid two days onsite downtown San Diego location for one of our top clients!As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage all activities in the accounts payable function. You will ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and check requests and maintain accurate records and control reports.Essential Responsibilities:
Exemplify positive and engaging customer service characteristics in all interactions with patrons, artists, volunteers, and fellow co-workers.Maintain vendor files and AP email.Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.Review and verify invoices and check requests.Sort, code and match invoices.Enter and upload invoices into the system.Verify vendor accounts, pay vendors, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.Vaco values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
