Accounting Manager / Office Manager / HR Manager – CPA Firm – Encino, CA. $80K-$95K

Well established, highly profitable CPA/business management firm is searching for a talented Office Manager/Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper/HR professional. We provide a wide range of tax and related business services to individual and commercial clients, primarily in the entertainment industry.

Duties And ResponsibilitiesProficiently process A/P, A/R, cash receipts, invoices, collections, and recording of journal entries and cash disbursementsSupervise administrative staffReconcile bank and broker statementsData entry and coding of all financial transactionsFull charge bookkeeping with preparation and delivery of monthly financial statementsGenerate reports and packages for tax preparationProcess payroll and reconcile annual and quarterly payroll reportsProcess and prepare annual 1099’s and 1042’sEfficiently assist in-house partners and clients and client’s representatives as needed with issues related to personal or business transactions, billing, petty cash, payroll and miscellaneous issues as they ariseDaily interaction and effective communication with staff membersPrioritize tasks and understand what is urgentLiaison with medical insurance department to verify they have all necessary informationOther special projects as assignedQualificationsEducation – Bachelor’s Degree or some college educationProficiency with accounting software such as CCH, Datafaction or QuickBooksProficiency with Excel and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPersonable, positive and enthusiastic attitude to work with a variety of personalitiesProficient in overseeing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlinesStrong work ethic
