Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily accounting and handling of the company's financial records, including maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers. Office management and shipping orders will be needed and experience in a medical device company is required.Duties

Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entriesPerform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliationsPrepare financial statements and reportsProcess payroll accurately and in a timely mannerUtilize QBO, Excel and other tools for bookkeeping tasksProvide customer service, answer light phonesEnsure compliance with all financial regulations and GAAPIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager.Job Type:
