SRR&R is a small, family-owned business specializing in residential remodeling. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager and Bookkeeper to help streamline our operations and maintain our financial records.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager and Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while managing financial records. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, providing essential support to our team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive working environment.

Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock.

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, and emails.

Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.

Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Support with our company Instagram @srremodeling.

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses, income, and payroll.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.

Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

Prepare and submit regular financial reports and assist in budgeting.

Handle tax preparation and compliance, including liaising with accountants and tax professionals.

Ensure financial data is entered accurately into accounting software.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, and bookkeeper.

Strong proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online Plus.

Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Instagram.

Previous experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus but not required.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
