Our dynamic team, though small, embodies the entrepreneurial ethos, providing ample opportunities for members to expand their expertise and capabilities.Role Overview:We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Manager & Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling bookkeeping and accounts payable tasks, and serving as a trusted resource and partner to employees and management. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, as well as being flexible and creative in a changing environment.Office Management & General Administrative Support:

Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including mail, office supplies, equipment, and facilities.Be the first point of contact for all questions related to facilities, AP, AR, IT, etc. (internal and external partners). Route or escalate questions to appropriate parties, as needed.Maintain company intranet and shared calendars.Manage HQ & retail store locations utility and shipping accounts.Manage retail store business licenses and renewals.Assist with special projects and initiatives, as assigned.Provide administrative support to executives and other team members, as needed.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist with new employee set-up (email, systems administration, work station, welcome, etc.).Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable:

Manage end-to-end AP process. Ensure coding, approvals, and data accuracy.Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.Provide required sales reporting to retail location landlords.Manage company credit cards. Reconcile credit card accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.Create invoices for Wholesale partners and follow up with any Accounts Receivable questions. Investigate chargebacks, as needed.Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in office management, bookkeeping and/or accounts payable roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Email Account Management).Experience in QuickBooks accounting software.Strong organizational and time management skills; highly detailed individual.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Experience handling Accounts Payable processes.Self-starter who can contribute positively to a team.Fast learner with minimum supervision.A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.Project Management Skills with ability to follow through and support the execution of key initiatives.Expectations for All Employees:

The Office Manager & Bookkeeper is expected to be in-office at least 80% of the time.
