Job Summary

As a Management Consulting Senior Associate at RSM, you will work with businesses in diverse industries while managing staff to deliver projects on time, on budget and in line with client expectations. You will work on numerous projects per year, delivering the projects and developing the staff, while also identifying new opportunities to gain more work with each client. Working in a mutually respectful team environment helps our consultants perform at their best and advance their career and professional capabilities.In joining our growing Management Consulting practice focused on supporting Federal government contractors, you will have the opportunity to work across business sectors and provide strategic business solutions to our wide client base across the US and internationally.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field requiredCPA/MBA preferredExperience:

2-4 years of relevant experience in Federal Contracting including, but not limited to a degree of working knowledge of:Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplementsCost Accounting Standards (CAS)DFARS business systems – particularly Accounting, Estimating, PurchasingDCAA audit programs and associated internal control requirementsIncurred Cost Submissions and Indirect Rate Complex cost allocating structure design and associated cost impactsDeveloping Forward Pricing RatesCASB Disclosure statement preparationGSA schedules and commercial pricingLicense/Certifications:

CPA is a plusOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to support client engagements and produce detailed oriented work productSolid business acumenDetailed oriented/ability to produce high quality work productStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills – including ability to synthesize detailed information to prepare executive level presentations and business report writingExcellent time management and organizational skills; including ability to prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills and team oriented mentalityMust be a self-starter with strong desire to learnUS citizenship requiredSoftware:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation Range: $93,200 - $186,300
