Driving the future of the solutions and products offered by all Centers of Excellence and better meeting the needs of business by defining the vision and bringing the vision to fruition. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end product management efforts for key elements of our technical and product-based investment offering through strategy/ideation, research/design, roadmap/planning, pricing, product launch, and go-to-market. This position is on-site and located at our office in San Diego CA or Centennial CO.Responsibilities:

Develop high-level vision documents for strategic initiatives, including vision, objectives, high-level approach, and success criteria (quality/scope, time-to-market, and ROI) across all platforms owned by the Centers of Excellence (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Five9, Decisions, DocuSign, RPA, Chatbot, etc.)Works with platform owners and business stakeholders to measure and monitor performance of COE products and solutionsCoordinates with IT and technical teams to develop and deploy new features and new releases on schedulePrioritize future initiatives based on strategic vision, feasibility, market dynamics, client need, and financial impact, revenue potentialSocialize COE product strategy, roadmaps and plans among key stakeholders.Mentor junior product team members by providing guidance on project execution, stakeholder communication, and supporting data analyticsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree5+ years’ experience in product management or a related roleExperience and strong understanding of CRM solutions (Salesforce preferred)Axos Employee Benefits May Include:
