Summary:
Integrations Operations team is responsible for building and scaling operations for emerging cross Global Operations critical new product launches like safety in the Company. Responsibilities:Run day-to-day integrity operationsImprove operations by conducting RCAs and finding areas of opportunityReport project status, risks, and needs to product on regular cadenceManage completion/progress of project timelinesSupport new product launches, e.g. testing new featuresTriage escalations and drive them to completionEnsure product needs and priorities are met via calibration and alignmentAnalyze data by building basic SQL queries, pivot tablesRun system audits and quality testsProject management supportOperational Metrics/KPI experienceBusiness impact analysisExperience with data tools (like Tableau, Unidash)Basic SQL proficiencyQuality data analysisImplementing quality processesTop 3 required skill sets:Prior (project management) experience in operations, a mix of Operations and data background is needed (not solely with just data)Proficient in data tools, familiar with SQL, advanced Excel skills, building pivots and analyzing dataAbility to learn fast and comfortable with operating in ambiguityTop 3 nice to have skill sets:Knowledgeable about VR and social experiences (e.g. Rec Room, VR Chat)Ability to work in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environmentThrives in a cross-functional settingCompensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).
