Owning the end to end process of recruiting

Building an incredible candidate experience that reflects the quality Inversion puts into its productsEncourage and help to build a recruiting culture within InversionManage and help Inversion team members to reach out to qualified candidates.Assist with interviewsDevise and execute on creative recruiting practices including: Networking nights, social media posts, etc.Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience building teams at a startupExperience of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and closing candidatesExperience with in-house recruitingExperience hiring engineering rolesPreferred Qualifications
5+ years of professional recruiting experience in technology and/or aerospace industryAbility to multi-task and operate in a dynamic and ambiguous environmentITAR Compliance:To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.About Inversion Space
