Senior Data Analyst , you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward, leveraging your expertise to inform marketing strategies using data. Engage with exciting brands and thrive in a collaborative environment that values detail-oriented professionals.SENIOR DATA ANALYST - What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage overall strategy, design & structure for digital properties in measurement and tagging for a book of clients.Support data pipeline strategy & architecture to expand data warehousing and reporting projects.Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all online and web analytics data via continual monitoring, assessment, and auditing of site tracking, tags, and warehoused data.Identify data errors and opportunities; propose and implement solutions.Coordinate with teams on tagging strategies for cross-platform marketing campaigns.Build automated marketing performance dashboards using SQL to format data connections and build data visualizations.Compile, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, expose new opportunities, and answer ongoing business questions using SQL and other data extraction methods.Understand client objectives and underlying questions to define and implement meaningful KPIs to measure success.Visualize data in reports that clearly convey meaningful insight to clients.Effectively communicate with concise insights and/or visualizations of recommendations to improve marketing performances to various levels of stakeholders.Support management and upgrades of analytic tools based on the business needs.Support design and creation of reporting dashboards that ensure data consistency.Efficiently manage adhoc requests in combination with long-term projects.Be the advocate for the customer’s online experience by continually reviewing sites’ performance, recommending areas for tracking optimizations, and identification of new data connections.Work to define a framework for enhancing reporting and insights, including integration of customer journey focused metrics, attribution modeling, and enhanced ecommerce functionality.SENIOR DATA ANALYST - Who You Are:

Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, and Google Big Query.Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, SQL, PHP, and Python.Previous experience working with Digital Analytics ecosystems and optimization approaches to enhance the digital experience, customer journeys, and channel-related revenues.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, best practices, tactics, and the tools to measure them.Proven experience in transforming analytics into concise and actionable reports and recommendations.Ability to prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and abilities. Loves puzzles, developing hypotheses, and finds enjoyment in solving them.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - well organized, meet deadlines, and have an effective work ethic.Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you can make a clear case for what you're suggesting, and why, based on the data and research.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, develop project plans, and communicate with various levels of management and/or clients.Knowledge of Tableau, Adobe, or similar analytics platforms.Experience working at a digital media agency is a huge plus.Why Join Us?
