Responsibilities
Processing, posting, and reconciling accounts to the general ledger for accounts receivable, cash receipts, accounts payable, reimbursements, cash disbursements, and payroll.Maintaining all assigned accounts such that they are always in balance and current within 30 days.Reviewing open invoice reports; following up with a schedule of payments or adjustments.Serving as backup support in processing ACH activity and reviewing all ACH debits and credits for proper posting and reconciliation.Assisting the Wire Department in verifying and reconciling fund transfers.Assisting in the IRA back-office function.Calculating the Allowance for Loan Losses including the Troubled Debt Restructuring analysis.Processing tax levies and garnishments, including communication with members and legal counsel.Benefits
