If you are dedicated and ambitious, Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is an excellent place to grow your career.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred2+ years of direct recruiting experienceBilingual in SpanishProficiency with online social/professional networks to recruit candidatesMust have experience with and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent information management, communication, organization and research skills with very strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesMust be eligible to work in the USKEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.Source and recruit candidates using databases and social mediaScreen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidatesAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees to ensure full integrationMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote the company's reputation as the best place to workProven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsBenefitsHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401(k)VacationsSick time10 Paid Federal Holidays OffPaid Birthday and Work Anniversary OffPaid ParkingLife Insurance
