We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and bilingual Family Law Attorney to join our highly respected legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while working on a diverse portfolio of family law cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of family law cases from start to finish, including child custody, child support, and other family law issues.Why join us?Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceJob DetailsResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence cases.Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation cases.Prepare and draft all necessary legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents as required.Conduct legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in the preparation of reports, legal advice, and court proceedings.Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.Advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and how to navigate the complexities of the legal system.Participate in negotiations and mediation sessions to resolve disputes in the best interest of the client.Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.Minimum of 3 years of experience working in family law, with a proven track record in civil litigation.Bilingual proficiency is required; the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base in more than one language.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients.Experience with legal research tools and software.Interested in hearing more?
