Create new programs utilizing Mastercam cad / cam software to successfully machine parts within part print tolerancesCreate set up sheets and tool listsWork with machinists during test run of programs to insure process is capableParticipate in the design of tooling using Solid WorksModify post processorsManually edit existing programs as neededInspect parts using various quality inspection toolsUnderstand, maintain and execute Donaldson Quality Policies and Procedures.Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as requiredQualifications:
Education consisting of a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of four (4) or five (5) years of related experience in lieu of education.Programming experience using Mastercam.Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast paced work environment.Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.Come make a World of Difference!
