We partner with our clients to deliver seamless and personalized experiences for their customers, creating value and strong return on investment along the way. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

Understand what success means to our customers from the start by taking them through their tailored success plan as soon as they become a customer.Delight customers with continual support and proactive suggestions making their business more successful from using Talon One.Work closely with Technical Account Managers and the development team to integrate Talon.One, troubleshoot technical issues and provide 2-way feedback from and to customers.Effectively communicate across our customers' organizations both 1-1 and in group meetings with Product, Tech, Marketing and establish a clear understanding of the benefits Talon One brings each department.Transfer your expertise of Talon One to customers so they become super users of our platform.Work as part of a team to bring the group's knowledge to work for each customer's success.Keep curious about the best way for us to work so we get continually better and serve our customer's needs as effectively as possible.Bring an analytical attitude to your work so you know what data to use to best understand our customers and how we can better help them.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

Passion for tech and experience with complex SaaS products and APIs.Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.Experience in Marketing or MarTech/AdTech industries would be a huge advantage.Proven experience with tracking and presenting success plans and success metrics.Proactive mindset and intellectual curiosity to understand our customers.Amazing organization and attention to detail.Clear questioning and active listening skills.Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
