Physician Assistant - Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Annapolis, MDFull time or Part timeWe are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Annapolis, MD. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a full-time or part time (3 days per week) basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal PA|NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections. The provider will work as a team with Functional medicine providers, nutritionists, Chiropractor, medical assistants, case managers and other support staff.About us:We are an integrative physical medical clinic serving patients in Annapolis, MD for over 22 years and we continue to grow due to our well-earned reputation for providing the highest quality care. Duties:Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging)Order and review diagnostic tests|labsDetermine diagnosis and treatment plan formulation in team settingPatient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises and various modalitiesManage patient care to include prescribing exercise, nutritional supplementation and medication as part of functional medical programsOversee and Administer IV and|or push therapiesProcedures- perform trigger point and joint injectionsDocumentation and progress notesCollaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programPA|NP license in MDOrthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plusExperience with joint injections a plus

Schedule:Full time (Mon- Friday) or Part time (3 days per week)

Compensation:$120k-$130k per year (DOE)
