Associate Project Manager

is responsible for facilitating and managing day to day on time project workflow through all phases of marketing and creative projects from initiation through review, approval, and final delivery. This position will support and assess and assign deadline dates through all phases of the projects leading to the ultimate release of files. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and an understanding of creative and production processes for both digital and print mediums. In addition, this position will facilitate, schedule, and support in driving the creative review and approval meetings as well as briefing sessions with both the marketing and creative teams. This role interacts directly and closely with all cross functional partners in addition to the creative team.

This position will report to the

Director, Brand Operations.

What You Will Do

Ensure final and accurate delivery for marketing materials such as promos, newsletters, site assets, retail assets, and print catalog production and collateral mechanicals as needed and on a daily and timely basis.Check final creative for accuracy prior to asset delivery.Assign project dates accordingly in JIRA project management system.Clearly communicate updates to internal clients on project status and updates.Provide project management support to project owners as needed based on job complexity.Provide day-to-day service & support to the following internal teams including but not limited to Creative, Marketing (Digital & Retail), PR, Media, Social and Acquisition, and the EU team.Manage retouching/post production schedule and update/manage post timelines in partnership with the post production team.

What You Can Bring

Knowledge of JIRA project management system is a plus in addition to fluency in MS Office and Google Docs.Must have 2 to 4 years of project management and/or traffic management experience as part of an internal creative group or agency.Must have full understanding of development times involved in design, creative, production and digital processes as they relate to workflow.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Communications or related degree and/or commensurate experience.Must be self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, extremely organized and a team player who works collaboratively and constructively on each project.Must have demonstrated ability with regard to multi-tasking, prioritizing projects, and working into extremely tight deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.Must have a working understanding of internal creative process.Candidate must be a proven facilitator of information, with exceptional follow up skills and a keen sense of urgency.Must have strong workflow management, planning, problem solving and communication skills.Must be able to self-manage projects and work within time deadlines.In-house fashion company or advertising agency background is desired.

The annual base salary range for this position is from

$64,800-$70,000.

The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
