The Fabletics

Sr. Project Manager

is responsible for oversight of project management including the review and approval process, project volume assessment, timelines for monthly initiates, and special projects. This person will work in collaboration with the project manager and associate project manager to ensure consistent and accurate project workflow through all phases of the marketing and creative projects from inception through review, approval, and final delivery.

This role requires deep experience managing workflow of global creative services, internal agency management, content production, and launching integrated campaigns for large global brands. They will take an entrepreneurial approach and embrace an extremely fast-paced working environment. Candidates will be proven leaders in communicating business objectives to our internal creative team, evaluating marketing briefs, and guiding the copy and design teams as needed through to execution of each project. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills and an understanding of creative and production processes for both digital and print mediums. In addition, this position will facilitate and run review and approval meetings with the marketing and creative teams.

This position will report to the

Director, Brand Operations.

What You Will Do

Assign project dates accordingly in JIRA project management systemClearly communicate updates to internal clients on project status and updatesProvide project management support to project owners as needed based on job complexityManage retouching/post production schedule and update/manage post timelines in partnership with the post production teamProvide day-to-day service & support to the following internal teams including but not limited to Creative, Marketing (Digital & Retail), PR, Media, Social and Acquisition, and the EU teamEnsure final and accurate delivery for marketing materials such as promos, newsletters, site assets, retail assets, and print catalog production and collateral mechanicals as needed and on a daily and timely basisCheck final creative for accuracy prior to asset delivery.

What You Can Bring

Knowledge of JIRA and Monday.com project management system is a plus in addition to fluency in MS Office and Google DocsMust have 4 to 6 years of project management and/or traffic management experience as part of an internal creative group or agencyMust have full understanding of development times involved in design, creative, production, and digital processes as they relate to workflowA bachelor's degree in business, Marketing Communications or related degree and/or commensurate experienceMust be self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, extremely organized and a team player who works collaboratively and constructively on each projectMust have demonstrated ability with regard to multi-tasking, prioritizing projects, and working into extremely tight deadlines in a very fast-paced environmentMust have a working understanding of internal creative processCandidate must be a proven facilitator of information, with exceptional follow up skills and a keen sense of urgencyMust have strong workflow management, planning, problem solving and communication skillsMust be able to self-manage projects and work within time deadlinesIn-house fashion company or advertising agency background is desired.

The annual base salary range for this position is from

$88,300-$100,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
