The Automotive Cabin Experience team is looking for a Business Analyst who can develop and deliver analytics solutions and tools to promote data-driven decision making and support business operations and company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of data analysis. This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical inputs to key partners across Finance, IT, and Operations.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Create and provide weekly revenue projections metric and dashboards.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and business efficiency.Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations teams to support the monthly forecasting process, investigate key drivers of demand change and provide valuable insights.Build metrics and dashboards to report on trends, patterns, and insights; develop visualizations of complex data via dashboards, reports, and presentations.Conceptualize business questions, identify data sources, and develop analytical solutions to enable effective decision making.Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions utilizing Business Intelligence Software such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.Partner with operations/business teams to transform manual reports to automated and user-friendly business intelligence dashboards and tools.Work with divisional and cross-organizational analysts to ensure quality and consistency of strategic analysis across the enterprise.Lead efforts to adopt new software and tools to support continued innovation in business analytics and business processes.Supports various special project assignments and ad hoc reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, management, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field.2+ years of related work experience.Proficiency in developing models and conducting analysis using various tools and languages such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Python, SQL, and Excel (pivot tables and power pivot).

Preferred Qualifications:

A master’s degree in business, analytics, or other related degree.Experience programming PowerBI and/or Qlikview a big plus.Ability to break down complex problems into pieces that can be solved with data, analysis, assumptions, and judgment.Ability to create financial models and presentations for executive level audience.Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy.Written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently.Enthusiasm for collaboration, and building strong, trusting relationships with colleagues across all levels and areas of the company.Self-starter with a demeanor for growth and continuous learning.Passion for the automotive industry and the impact it can have on our world.
