The
Brand Manager, Marketing
will play an integral role in shaping the future of sweetgreen by serving as a key stakeholder in brand strategy and execution. This position will leverage their proven track record to lead and support breakthrough brand communications campaigns including go-to-market product launch strategies, guest engagement promotions, and brand experiences and innovations. The role will also play a key part in menu innovation and channel strategy to build the sweetgreen brand.

As The Brand Manager, Marketing, You Will
Lead new product launches and go-to-market campaigns by contributing consumer-insight driven, breakthrough strategies and briefs, ensuring flawless consumer experience across all media touchpoints and in-restaurant.Manage internal and external partners, including experiential, PR, social, digital, media, and tech teams to execute the successful launch of brand campaigns.Oversee brand strategy and off-premise packaging and product innovation, driving impact and measuring success against established KPIs.Foster high functioning working relationship with Consumer Insights and our internal Creative team to bring breakthrough and insight-based creative communications strategies and campaigns to life.Drive decision-making through a spirit of business ownership -- contributing a clear financial understanding of the business.Assess the continuous evolution of the competitive landscape, consumer insights, new societal trends, and culture.Additional duties as assigned.Desired Traits
Experience in Brand or Product Marketing, Integrated Communications, Cultural Marketing, and managing complex initiatives.Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.Successful track record of program and promotion execution.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, cross-collaboration, and team skills.Ability to solve problems both independently and as part of a team.Curious and positively resilient.Experience in using consumer insights and data to drive decision-making.Experience working with (and maintains active connections with) internal and external creative teams and agency partners.Desired Experience
Minimum 4-Year degree, MBA Preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of Brand-Building and Culturally-Driven Integrated Marketing Communications Experience.What You'll Get
