With over 117 years of history and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven residential Sales Executive to join our team. Our associates are managed and supported by some of the most reputable leaders in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. Responsibilities include promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to residential real estate professionals, developers, lenders, investors and other industry stakeholders to drive new business to Old Republic.The primary objective is to develop new business from realtors, lenders and developers, maintain relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Attendance at real estate events and meetings and developing business via in-person meetings with clients and potential clients is required.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in outside sales, ideally in the title industry, and possess exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Pay Range for the position is $85,000-$120,000+Commission.
