Summary

The Account Manager is the primary Coca-Cola contact between the large or small store managers or store owners and is responsible for the customer relationships along with increasing business by selling and ordering products within his or her sales territory existing customer base.

Responsibilities

Execute and close all sales callsSell incremental displays and equipment placements as well as promotional programs while ensuring dealer complianceMaintain proper communication during and after sales callsMaintain appropriate inventory levels as well as determine product needsMaintain company assets and point of sale materialsEnsure accounts meet company merchandising standardsPlace and transmit appropriate order's within existing geographical sales routesCommunicate account activities to appropriate partiesTransport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accountsPeriodically lifting 50+ pounds with the ability to bend, reach, kneel and merchandise as neededBuild, change and remove product displays which will include but not limited to maintaining product signage, cleaning product spaces, and securing damaged or defective productAct as an Ambassador by answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance to consumers and store personnelQualifications

High School or GED required/Bachelor Degree preferred1+ years of general work experience1+ years previous sales experience preferredFood/beverage industry experience a plusAbility to handle multiple customer accountsStrong attention to detail and follow-up skillsExcellent planning and organization skillsProficient computer application skillsAbility to create and conduct sales presentations preferredValid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
