Position Description

Delta Dental of Michigan is seeking a Corporate Wellness Intern to support our team as we continue to grow. Our intern will support the Fitness and Wellness Specialist and the programs that promote healthy behavior change and health education. This is an opportunity to explore a career path within Corporate Fitness and Wellness. As a member of the Human Resources team, the Corporate Fitness and Wellness intern will be a key player in the ongoing success of our corporate fitness and wellness programs.

Responsibilities:Assist with mobile application used for fitness and wellness programsAssist with fitness and wellness challengesAssist with wellness promotions and communicationsAssist with planning and supervising fitness and wellness activitiesTracking employee wellness and trends

Minimum Requirements:

Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Social Science, Kinesiology or a related field. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, change management, and project management skills preferred.
