ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVESUMMARY : The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for seeking expansion opportunities while creating and managing relationships with strategic Enterprise business accounts, both new and existing. They understand the client's key business and eLearning challenges and requirements, and are focused on driving value for the client while maximizing revenue and margin for the company. The Enterprise Account Executive will be expected to quickly gain detailed knowledge of WebCE's suite of products and services in order to expertly match our solutions to client problems.RESPONSIBILITIES :Develop a territory plan with a healthy and diverse pipeline to increase market share

Independently generate demand through effective sales activitiesWork closely with the Business Development Representative to nurture new and existing client portfolioFocus on larger, more complex deals with Enterprise Accounts

Build and maintain enduring relationships with designated clients to grow from being just a vendor to their trusted partnerInfluence client decisions and advocate for their needs to negotiate solutionsWork closely and communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams including Product Line Managers, Sales Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growthPlan, organize and facilitate quarterly business reviews, annual bid packages, and other virtual and/or customer-facing meetingsSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong prospecting, selling and closing skillsProven ability to work independently and in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAbility to leverage internal resources to problem-solveTech savvy with sales tools (Windows PC, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other sales supporting applications)EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:College degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years' experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing

Or successful time spent as a Business Development Representative with a strong understanding of closing complex solution sales

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Up to 10% travel per year mainly to conferences, trade shows, client locationsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or phoneMay be asked to lift up to 10-15 pounds at timesLOCATION:Corporate Office in Dallas, TXPossible hybrid/remote work availablePAY STRUCTURE:

The pay structure for this position is base + commission with commission being uncapped, unthrottled, and offers opportunities for residuals.
