The role is responsible for the long-term management and strategic development of the brand select, Strategic accounts. The role requires developing and maintaining a strong collaborative approach with local, cross-functional resources to ensure brand strategy and profitable growth is achieved. This role will deliver the agreed targets through maximizing productivity of these accounts and strengthening Teva’s consumer facing presence there both online and in store.Occasional overnight stays are expected for Deckers Corp headquarters in Goleta, CA, Tradeshows, and Brand Conferences, as well as some travel in the region for store visits and events.Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:Required to build strong relationships with Senior Business Partners (across buying, sales, merchandising, logistics and marketing) within Strategic account base.Identifies and maximizes opportunities via the intersections between our strategies (Teva and Account) so that together, we can partner to tell more compelling stories through product, marketing and give back opportunities in line with our Core beliefs.Achieves and exceeds strategic targets and profitability for account base.Maximizes, maintains and defends the profitability targets of the brand across account base.Who You Are

Proficient in Microsoft applications. Ability to budget and forecast, using Excel.Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients and other employees of the organization. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
