You will lead and guide OEMs, engineering firms, and end users to deepen product penetration and capture additional market share.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets in the assigned territory with both existing and new accounts.Monitor distributor performance, ensuring effective coverage and recommend changes as needed.Set annual sales targets and forecasts with distributors and direct accounts.Promote and sell GEMÜ product lines, including sanitary stainless-steel products, high purity products, industrial products, and instrumentation/automation lines.Coordinate with GEMÜ marketing and sales teams for branding, social media presence, and overall sales effectiveness.Implement value selling training and concepts with all stakeholders.Develop and manage OEM accounts in harmony with distributors to foster profitable growth.Conduct product presentations and participate in industry tradeshows/events.Travel approximately 60% of the time to build relationships and follow up on opportunities.Oversee and develop new accounts through distributor networks.Assist in budgeting, market trend analysis, and competitor analysis.Coordinate specification work with Product Managers and Team Leader.Provide regular project updates and submit travel itineraries/schedules.Contribute to the creation and upgrade of product catalogs and literature.Essential Knowledge/SkillsInternet and E-Mail proficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively under pressure.Strong representation skills for the company with customers, distributors, and suppliers.Qualification StandardsAssociates/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.3+ years of experience in Regional Sales Management or Key Account Management, in the Semiconductor/Microelectronics industry.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
