We are looking for a detail oriented Channel Partner Account Executive to drive incremental business growth across our new and established channel-partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer focused environment and has 8+ years of channel management and has a strong understanding of the sales process. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a growing partner ecosystem at an exciting time of growth for the Channel Sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and onboard new channel partners and OEM partnersProvide support and training to partners to ensure successManage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenueDevelop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goalsCollaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel effortsCreate and manage channel partner forecast and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as net new pipeline and ARRWork with Marketing and leadership to develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentivesProvide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offeringsAttend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the companyManage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue of Act-On solutionsAchieve or exceed monthly renewal targets and provide senior management with an accurate forecast.Who You Are

8+ years of experience in channel management or sales (preferably sales/account management/OEM experience from a SaaS, software or solution selling industry.)Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving, relationship building and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyVast knowledge or experience of Business Application (Marketing Automation experience as user/sales/support is preferable)Fundamental understanding of SaaS product solutionsConsiderable interpersonal skills are mandatory, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with othersStrong negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the CXO levelKnowledge of restructuring contract term and condition relating legal, finance and billingWhat We Offer
