We are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, showcasing at conferences, and managing the performance of existing partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new channel partnersIdentify and onboard communities that serve channel partnersProvide support and training to partners to ensure successManage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenueDevelop and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goalsMonitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditionsCreate and manage channel partner budgets and forecastsDevelop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentivesMeasure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenueProvide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offeringsProvide support and guidance to internal team on product features and roadmapAttend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the companyRequirements and Skills

3-5 years of experience in channel management or salesProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholdersKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with partnersStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the channel management field(Preferred) Experience with cybersecurity platforms and tools(Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldAbout Telivy
