As an experienced "hunter," you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission of digital transformation. We specialize in delivering data-driven enterprise solutions, IT modernization, customer experience enhancements, product transformation, and creating digital workplaces.The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $150,000- $180,000 plus benefits.ResponsibilitiesWorking with Executive Leadership and Solution Area Leadership to identify, qualify, propose, and close new business opportunitiesEstablish relationships across a wide network of prospects representing both business and IT leaders with the intention of uncovering new business opportunitiesAccurately managing and maintaining a revenue forecast and pipeline for prospect accountsCommunicating internally with managers, project managers, operations, marketing/alliances, and consultants working on a prospect or recently acquired accountEnsures that all administrative requirements are met based on company standards and ensures that all operational policies and procedures are adhered to in the delivery of serviceDevelop a complete understanding of Valorem Reply’s processes, systems, and service offerings to better serve customers and facilitate organizational collaboration around customer needsActively and accurately maintain account, opportunity, and contact information within Valorem Reply’s CRM systemAdditional duties as neededRequirementsFour-year degree in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, engineering)8 years of industry experience in a relevant discipline5 years of successful consulting sales or technical business development experienceHas experience selling to or for large technology companies (Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc)Maintain high levels of integrity and dependability and able to maintain a focus on results, quality, and customer satisfactionAbility to effectively use and operate a PC and standard business applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internally used collaboration tools such as Teams, CRM, Geco, etc.Ability to understand complex systems and business problemsProven understanding of modern cloud technologiesProven understanding of modern project methodologies (Agile)Experienced in contract negotiationsReply is an equal opportunity employer.
