We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help support our growing Regional Sales team in the Premises segment. This role requires tight interaction with sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, managing our software-based renewal cycle, supporting pipeline hygiene and deal velocity, upselling complimentary products, as well as ensuring operational excellence in order fulfilment. A key component to this role is building, maintaining, and expanding a strong relationship with our partner base and customers. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a willingness to learn the ins and outs of our business, and a self-motivated individual that takes initiative. If you’re looking to join a motivated team that serves as a backbone for our sales organization, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities and DutiesBuilds and maintains strong partner & end user account relationships which includes understanding needs, resolving customer issues, identifying sales opportunities, providing product feature knowledge, as well as understanding the marketplace and competition.Manages license administration and renewal cycle for Identiv’s software-based products within designated territory.Supports Regional Sales reps in designated territory with managing the sales cycle for run rate business ( Identifies opportunities for upselling complimentary/supplementary products with partners and end users.Utilizes product knowledge to configure price quotes in Salesforce and partners with cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes related to the order fulfillment cycle.Maintains integrity of account, opportunity, and contact data within Salesforce.Conducts ad hoc activities to support Sales segment.Minimum RequirementsMust be able to commute to the Santa Ana, California office.3+ years of sales, sales development, and/or customer service experience is preferred.Sales Force experience required.Professional communication and writing skills to articulate the value of the Identiv product suite.Experience in the Physical Access Control, Security Solutions, and/or Video Management System space is a plus.Characteristics DesiredEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with customers/partners and gains their trust and respect.Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.Intellectually sharp and highly motivated, with a relentless drive for success (“go-getter mentality”).The ability to articulate value and determine what is important to people.Quick learner with an ability to solve problems.Growth mindset, willingness to continually improve and be coached.High energy and positive attitude; Collaborative and team oriented.Creative and outside the box thinker to help generate new growth ideas.Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced & changing environment.Pay & Perks:

At Identiv, we prioritize pay fairness. Your base salary plays a vital role in our comprehensive compensation structure, and it is established within a specific range. This structure allows for advancement as you gain experience and evolve in your role.
