are provided with exclusive, quality leads, derived from our own branded online and radio advertisements, receive inbound calls from prospective clients and internet inquiries (generated from our website), directly from individuals seeking tax assistance and financial counseling. We DO NOT buy leads from lead providers or third parties.Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospective clientsUnderstanding a client’s situation and explaining our servicesCollecting customer information and inputting into a CRM systemClosing sales and achieving monthly sales quotasWhat you can expect:
Base ($15/hour) + Uncapped CommissionYearly range: $85,000 + $150,000+Paid Training provided (no tax experience required) and ongoing support from Sales TeamEarn Commission while TrainingNo Cold Calling – leads are generated from In-House MarketingLong-term Growth opportunities and room for AdvancementRequirements:
Outstanding Communication / Interpersonal SkillsExcellent Listening Skills and Attention to Detail(Preferred) 1+ year experience in sales, tax resolution, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, finance, credit repair, student loans, door-to-door salesCoachable/TeachableMust be able to follow/read a scriptBilingual a PLUSProficiency in Computer LiteracyMust be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentOn-site in Santa Ana, CAMonday – Friday: 8am - 5pmEqual Employment Opportunity:
