We are looking for a talented individual… In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of account managers to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, energy savings goal attainment, and overall success in managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the success of customer relationships.For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on exceeding goals and models our CLEAResult values of Accountability, Trust and Transparency.Serve as a customer advocate within the program, ensuring proactive communication and enhancing customer satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction and retention.Standardize and implement a lead tracking report to monitor KPI’s and assess the performance of the account management team.Analyze data and customer feedback to provide regular program management updates on the status of key accounts, highlighting achievements, areas of opportunity, and strategic plans for continuous improvement and growth.Partner with program management and leadership to develop strategy and provide solutions that inform outreach, marketing, external training and education, and other key program activities which drive goal achievement.In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…3 -5 yrs of experience in account management, with a track record of successful client retention and revenue growth.Prior experience leading a team and possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.Proven track record of creating successful customer engagement strategies and campaigns.Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.Curiosity for the energy industry and a passion for driving changes in the way people use energy.Ability to understand and effectively articulate technical concepts to various audiences.Compensation Range

$96,000.00 - $144,000.00Currency
