Maintain a wide range of relationships with key influencers at customers, up to, and including, c-suite levelDevelop, implement, and execute Strategic Account Plans to achieve long term, sustainable growth for customer and VWTSCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders to create collaboration on aligned account objectivesImplement and maintain the necessary operating rhythms, reporting and business processes to drive ideas and initiatives for each accountKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of VWTS products, services, technologies, and applicationsKnowledge of the markets, processes, and equipmentContract Negotiation and ManagementStrong communication skills and effectively lead in a matrix environmentAbility to work and communicate within MS Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to lead and work with a remote teamEducation & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Marketing from an accredited college or university. Equivalent experience in the field will also qualifyMinimum of 15 years of selling large complex accounts, complex contracts and/or technical solutions of substantial value in the Upstream and downstream sectorAbility and willingness to work in a range of environments including heavy industrial facilities, light manufacturing facilities and commercial and institutional propertiesCompany Overview
