a Business Development Manager to lead one of our BDR teams. Our next leader should have a consistent track record of success, a verifiable history of exceeding sales goals personally and through a sales team, and the aptitude and attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast paced environment.Responsibilities:

Lead a staff of 8-10 Business Development Representatives to support a team of 35+ Sales RepsOnboard, coach and mentor BDRs to become professional, account penetration expertsRun weekly dashboards/reports to review with SDR/BDR leadershipProvide mentorship and training to BDRs on how to use technology including LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Outreach and Salesforce to drive pipelineAlign with sales segment Directors, VP and AVPs to optimize BDR activities to drive pipelineEnable BDRs to deliver in excess of $1.5M+ in BDR generated pipeline (90 day rolling) from outbound activitiesEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (marketing, operations, sales, channel)Recruit, educate, and nurture your team to insure ongoing success and career progression potentialProactively assess, clarify, and validate opportunities generated by your teamPerform weekly/monthly audits to ensure quality of opportunitiesQualifications:

3-5 years of BDR/ SDR or Related sales experience1-3 years in Leadership roleSalesforce.com experience is strongly preferred - Management of data, dashboard management and reportingBS/BA or equivalent education and proven experienceEssential Skills:

Exhibits highly ethical behavior with high integrity dailyPrior experience in an outbound prospecting role and 2+ years’ experience leading a purely outbound prospecting BDR teamStrong time management, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and collaborative selling skillsSets the example for BD Representatives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.Results-oriented leader who defines and manages achievement of performance objectivesB2B selling / Software / SaaS experience preferredStrong business acumen is a must- with the ability to teach/coach team skills in navigating large corporate structures- C-Level/Subsidiaries/DivisionsExperience with large business end customersExcellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others through weekly 1:1’s with each team member and review KPI’sSelf-starter with a history of great decision making, planning, and execution to results Ability to learn and adapt quicklyAbility to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environmentStrong PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointVibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done while having fun Desire to WinSocial selling capability – and the ability to coach and guide your team in utilizationWhat we offer:

Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
