Do you enjoy starting your day early and having your weekends off? If so, we want you to join our team!In this role, you'll start your day at our San Leandro Warehouse at 5:00 am. You'll be responsible for selling, delivering, and merchandising Guayaki Yerba Mate's complete line of products to small and large format stores throughout the San Leandro area. You'll drive a company van on your assigned route, work independently to sell and merchandise product, unload orders, partner with store managers and receivers, and maintain invoices and inventory throughout the day. You will report to the Area Sales Leader and will be on-site at the San Leandro Warehouse Monday - Friday starting at 5:00 am, 5 days a week.How you'll help:
Manage a designated sales route, servicing existing customers and acquiring new accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and excellent serviceMaximize sales opportunities by promoting company products and identifying customer needsBuild and merchandise displays throughout each account with Guayaki Yerba Mate productEnsure accurate product delivery and inventory managementProvide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptlyMeet or exceed sales targets and performance metricsWhat you'll provide:
High school diploma or GEDCurrent Driver's License with clean driving record and meet DOT driving standardsMust be at least 21 years oldMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basisPrevious sales experience is desirable, but not requiredAdditional Language skills an advantageWhat we offer:
