Cleanaway is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities and government agencies.Your Role:
You are the heart and soul of our sales strategy, dedicated to nurturing our existing CWY customer base. Focused on two key areas: ‘Grow’ & ‘Retain’, your job is to increase revenue by enhancing contract terms, prices, and ensuring that our customers receive the complete waste management solution they deserve.Key Accountabilities
People:
Embody the Cleanaway Way, uphold our company culture, maintain professional conduct, and ensure excellent customer service.Market:
Build strategic relationships, stay updated on competitor activity, manage your sales pipeline, and source new opportunities.Assets:
Update and maintain our CRM (Sales Advantage) timely and store contracts in Salesforce.Financials:
Reach individual sales revenue targets, implement price adjustments, and abide by contractual terms.Do you have?
Experience in commercial/industrial B2B key account management.Expertise in customer/stakeholder management in complex environments.Strong negotiation, tendering and presentation abilities.Proven track record in growing services & revenue within existing clients.Tertiary qualification in business or a related field (preferred).Proficient IT skills including MS Office, CRM tools, and more.Current driver's license.What We Offer
