Position Overview:

The National Channel Manager is responsible for managing strategic Value Added Reseller partnerships which generate revenue by executing channel programs to sell new and existing company services and products to business-to-business clients. This quota carrying role is responsible for strategy, growth, and forecasting within the accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Build fiscal quarter and annual strategyBuild and strengthen relationships with partner leadership and stakeholders business unitsDevelop and implement campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Sales for opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total end customer and partner business with the companyCreate strategic business plans in conjunction with Marketing and Sales to win new business from existing customersDevelop sales in designated account base by working with partners to identify new sales opportunitiesEnsure continued enablement and updates on Divede product portfolio and Divede GTM Report on and manage to annual strategyAssist when necessary the recruitment of new partners into the partner programCoordinate and deliver training and onboarding programs for Partners to ensure sales readiness for company products and processes, including product and systems trainingManage and serve as the escalation path for end customers and partners to ensure excellent customer experienceProvide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirementsQualifications:

7-10 years of channel experience with 5+ years of related experience in a national channel position working with Value Added ResellersAdvanced understanding of company UCaaS and CCaaS solutionsStrong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentationVery strong collaboration skills; experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams preferredAbility to forge strong relationships across various stakeholder business units and position us as a go-to partnerHighly detailed and process-orientedProven track record of successMust be motivated, organized, self-starter, and be able to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environmentA balanced blend of strategic thinking to set the direction of our cloud business with the execution skills to make it happenMinimum of intermediate understanding of company financial measures and advanced understanding of SaaS industry and indirect sales modelAbility to travel a minimum of 25%Knowledge of Google applications, Microsoft applications, and CRM tools; Salesforce and NetSuite knowledge is preferredWhat We Offer:
