Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a 220 Property and Casualty (P&C) License, demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and process policy endorsements and renewals.Conduct regular policy reviews and risk assessments to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, claims, and concerns.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market changes to effectively advise clients and support business growth initiatives.Assist with account retention efforts and contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Possession of a valid 220 Property and Casualty (P&C) License.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, preferably in a commercial lines capacity.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance-related fields are a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to contributing to a collaborative work environment.
