Why Lytx:We’re looking for a hungry, driven, accountable sales professional to join our collaborative Mid-Market Sales team! As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new sales within assigned accounts and territory in the 200 to 1000 fleet size space. This role will partner with internal teams in Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Operations & other cross functional teams to target opportunities, develop account specific sales strategy and close new opportunities. Join us!You’ll Get To:Ensure the achievement of sales goals to include evaluating current business, leverage data analysis, identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, develop a selling strategy and implement plans to meet quarterly and annual quotas.Identify and nurture new business opportunities through self-prospecting and from marketing, that positions Lytx products and services according to a developed needs analysis with the client.Work to fully understand and influence the customer’s needs, buying process, decision players, competition, timing, motivation, and budget to determine if Lytx can reasonably win the business and develop a strategy.Work to construct and present a proposal that meets our client’s needs, shows measurable business impact to their business, and competitively position Lytx as the preferred provider.Build account strategy plans that includes using internal resources and working cross functionally to drive sales opportunities to close.Negotiate with external clients using a variety of tactics to secure contracts; work with deal desk and leadership to determine cost effective solutions for Lytx and clients.Develop short-term and long term forecasting with leadership. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of short-term and long-term opportunities.Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene standards as outlined by leadership.Other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need:Minimum 2-3 years related direct sales experience in a Client Account Management role, Sales Development and/or Direct or Indirect Sales role required; SaaS business environment preferred.Demonstrated consultative selling full-cycle sales experience, highly preferred.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical information to potential clients at multiple levels in an organization.Results driven, metrics-oriented with ability to partner cross-functionally, build relationships and leverage key partners to consistently meet quotas/goals.Proven ability to strategically and tactfully identify and solve problems in sophisticated situations through the application and integration of analytical skills, creativity and judgement to convert interested prospects into clients.Organized with a strong work ethic; ability to adapt and switch gears between a range of duties (sourcing new prospective clients, building pipeline, maintaining product knowledge, handling current client concerns as needed, presenting to clients, maintain client data in SalesForce, etc.).An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.Experience working with an Enterprise sales tool (required); Salesforce experience is a plus.Up to 25% travel may be required.Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insuranceHealth Savings AccountFlexible Spending AccountsTelehealth401(k) and 401(k) matchLife and AD&D insuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityFTO or PTOEmployee Well-Being program11 paid holidays plus 1 inclusive holiday per yearVolunteer Time OffEmployee Referral programEducation Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Recognition and Appreciation programAdditional perk and voluntary benefit programsThis role is paid a flat rate, in addition to being eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
