As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying, securing, and nurturing accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver packaging solutions. With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are committed to driving growth and exceeding expectations.DescriptionKey Account Management:Identify and prioritize key accounts within target industries, focusing on companies with significant packaging needs and growth potential.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Business Development:Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market share.Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet the specific needs of target clients.

Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our custom packaging solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer experience.Provide feedback and insights from key accounts to inform product development, service enhancements, and process improvements.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices for account management and business development.

ProfileBachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within the packaging industry or related manufacturing sector.Proven track record of success in identifying, securing, and growing key accounts, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions and exceeding customer expectations.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to address customer pain points.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the corrugated packaging industry, market dynamics, and customer segments is a plus.Job OfferFull health benefits401k with matchPTO
