Summary of RoleWe are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join our dynamic account management team. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead strategic revenue growth and account management with a focus on a select group of media partners. Your mission will be to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, enhancing digital sales through insightful strategy and robust account management.Your day-to-day will involve working closely with our nationwide media partners, acting as an extension of their sales teams. You'll be engaging in regular discussions to drive sales pipeline, close deals, and ensure the success of ongoing campaigns. Your knack for clear, effective communication will be essential, both internally to align with our team's goals and externally to maintain our standard of superior customer service.You'll provide weekly updates to the Directors and VP of Sales on partner revenue, proposal activities, and emerging needs, while also offering in-depth monthly and quarterly analyses. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategies and customer solutions. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver. Your contribution will not only be in maintaining the status quo but also in actively participating in the growth and acceleration of our business.This role is ideal for someone with over 5 years of experience in client communication and digital marketing, boasting a track record of exceeding sales targets and a talent for presenting complex digital solutions in an accessible way. ResponsibilitiesStrategy: This position is responsible for strategic revenue growth and account management among a select group of media partners. This role will strategically identify growth opportunities among this list of partners and within each partner’s pipeline to grow digital sales.Execution: Work as an extension of our nationwide media partner’s sales teams. Conduct ongoing calls with partners to discuss and close sales pipeline, communicate new opportunities, and proactively review the overall health of live campaigns. Develop performance reports including RFP and revenue reports, quarterly business reviews and churn reports.Account Management: This position offers strategic support, analysis and customer service where needed to retain and drive revenue.Communication: Internal communication with the team will be a crucial responsibility of this role to retain and drive revenue through our partner resellers. External communication will include maintaining and elevating our standards of superior customer service, presenting complicated digital advertising information in an easy-to-understand format for our partners, their clients, and potential advertisers.Reporting: Provide weekly reports to VP of Sales about partner revenue, proposal activity, pipeline, training needs, and partner concerns, as they arise. Monthly and quarterly reporting will include more in-depth analysis of partner and revenue trends.Team Building: As a growing company we hope that all individuals will contribute to the future growth and acceleration of our business. Also, it will be part of your responsibility to document best practices so if the same issue arises in the future the team is better prepared to handle it.

Location InformationThis role is

preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office , with hybrid work from home flexibility.Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person. Office perks include a dog friendly policy, snacks for all (healthy options and vegan options available), beverages, and an open floor plan where team members can book a desk any time.Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.CompensationCompensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $90,000 - $130,000. The salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. The bonus structure will be tied to achievement of revenue & retention targets for a select group of partners and advertisers.
