Retain existing and grow new CADDY Mechanical, Fire, Plumbing, and Seismic businesses remotely in the Southeast USA region by establishing relationships with key influencers, identifying new opportunities, introducing new products, and conducting regular reviews.Actively sales lead agents to service key CME customers & partners within the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.Develop (3) year sales strategy & tactical plan to achieve CADDY Mech / Fire portfolio sales by identifying and developing new customers/end users within the specified territory.Provide product expertise through training and presentations, highlighting our value proposition with key contractors and distributors.Identify and assess potential new customers through the use of project mining tools and establish relationships across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners.Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve the solution set and refine the message.Use Salesforce as a tool to manage opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally.YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or applicable experience in product, solution, and technical sales.Ideally 5+ years of outside sales/business development and/or territory sales management experience with a focus on technical sales with a commercial focus.Sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, seismic, or fire protection markets is highly preferred. (Electrical sales backgrounds will also be considered).Experience working with end-user customers on projects within a CRM.Ability to travel on average 60% within the region; regular overnight trips are encouraged due to the sizable region with 5-10 overnight travel days per month on average.Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office within one of the states in the outlined territory.WE HAVE:
