Report directly to the Sales Director, CADDY USAAdvise and lead all aspects of the creation and implementation of effective regional sales plans to drive the growth of current customers, new business development, and successful entry into emerging markets across CA, AZ, NV, WA, ID, OR, and UT.Actively lead and mentor regional sales team including ensuring understanding and acceptance of regional strategy, pricing, joint calls, and personal/business development.Use Salesforce as a tool to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally.Closely partner with the marketing team and product specialists to identify industry opportunities and determine appropriate sales models and methods to support market growth.Build and refine value proposition models for contractor / end-user relationships to enable growth and expansion of market share.Set clear expectations with the regional sales team and embed an accountability mindset for meeting sales objectives.You Have

Bachelor's degree preferred.Ideally 5+ years of sales leadership experience leading outside sales teams.Ability to remotely work from a home office and travel on average 60% of the time throughout the sales region of CA, AZ, NV, WA, ID, OR, and UT.Experience selling into electrical, electronic, mechanical, seismic, or commercial markets along with extensive experience selling through multiple types of customers, including distributors, integrators/consultants, engineers, and end users/OEMs.Knowledge and experience using Salesforce efficiency tools and approaches (i.e. customer segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies, sales force time management).Demonstrated skills for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence. Shows a passion for improving the delivery of services with a dedication to continuous improvement.Shown skills to cultivate long-term, balanced, value-based relationships with core accounts that elevates revenue opportunities and brand equity.Demonstrated ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment.We Have

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Total target cash is comprised of an employee’s base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved.Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below.Total Target Cash Range
