The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, working on high-value personal injury cases, conducting legal research, and managing cases from inception to resolution. This role demands a proactive, organized, and tenacious individual who can navigate the complexities of the legal landscape with ease and confidence.ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead attorney in personal injury pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement.Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and strategy.Engage in client intake, interviews, and case evaluation to identify potential legal issues and solutions.Oversee all aspects of case management, including document collection, client communication, and negotiation with insurance companies.Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and other case-related correspondence.Coordinate with support staff to ensure timely and accurate case handling.Continually stay updated on developments in personal injury law and maintain compliance with all professional regulations and standards.QualificationsJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the state Bar Association.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.Proven track record of successful case management from inception to resolution.Exceptional legal research skills using various research tools.Outstanding negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable settlements for clients.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple cases at a time.Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
