We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join the team of a preeminent law firm in their Naples office. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating documents relating to commercial and residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and must currently hold a law license in Florida.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents and leases, as well as related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.
Qualifications
Must currently hold a law license in Florida.Must have approximately 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.Having some experience in high-value residential transactions is preferred.This role is on site in Naples, FL.
