Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to promote the sale of company products and services in [annuities, life insurance, mutual funds, employee benefits, retirement]. Drive engagement with financial professionals through product marketing, brand affinity, and the launch of new products/solutions.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Marketing Director to create strategic campaign plans, establish customer goals, and define key performance metrics.Lead staff in the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns.Review addressable market to define target audiences and create programs that drive engagement relevant to the audience.Track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.Serve as internal escalation point for campaign related issues.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experienceEight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experienceThree years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industryThorough understanding of traditional and digital platformsExperience managing projects/processesBroad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projectsTechnical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platformsAnalytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issuesCreative thinkerExcellent communication and relationship building skillsOrganizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsTeam lead/supervisory experienceIntermediary or institutional experienceFamiliarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WorkfrontExperience in change managementFINRA Series 7 (for roles supporting mutual funds)Working ConditionsRemote environmentThe salary for this position generally ranges between $94,000 - $125,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
