Summary:We're seeking a Contract Recruitment Marketing Manager focused primarily on the tactical aspects of recruitment marketing campaigns - from development and deployment to management and measurement. This role demands a clear focus on execution, an analytical approach to decision-making, and a strong ability to work within existing frameworks to optimize recruitment efforts.Responsibilities:Execute and manage recruitment marketing campaigns (organic and paid), ensuring they are delivered on time and meet predefined objectives.Develop project briefs to inform agency and creative executions.Utilize existing employer branding assets and resources efficiently, integrating creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.Assist in localization of hiring campaigns and EVP work, ensuring relevance in various geographical and niche markets across the Americas.Process incoming requests from Company’s stakeholders, leveraging their inputs to create a project plan and strategic approach to marketing requests.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:WEB EXP/CONTENT +3PAID MARKETING /SOCIAL 3CREATIVE WRITING 3Qualifications:Extraordinary attention to detail.Experience storytelling with brand narratives & working on multiple campaigns at once.Ability to manage projects and prioritize next steps. Understands timelines and can weigh in to inform schedule.Creative problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for optimizing existing resources and tools.Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.Experience in cross-functional collaboration, able to work effectively with teams from various departments including brand, communications, recruiting, finance, operations, and procurement.Must be able to work independently on tasks and provide strategic leadership in execution.Prior experience in localizing content and employer branding messages for recruitment campaigns preferred.Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
