The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for connecting internal and external market forces into a cohesive marketing strategy, comprised of strategic targeted marketing campaigns. This role will manage Solutions’ social media and online content, support the sales and structuring needs for branded content and marketing materials, and maximize the qualitative and revenue generating benefits of leveraging external affiliate relationships (e.g. NGOs, industry groups, strategic partners). The end goal is to raise the overall brand awareness and public perception of Solutions as the industry-leading partner for strategic energy consumers.Job Responsibilities

Marketing Communications

Events –

Responsible for managing events in collaboration with the MD Marketing and Carbon Management, including customer/prospect symposiums, trade shows, webinars, and Regional and National Sales Meetings. This includes developing and managing the annual events budget and calendar, overseeing vendor relationships/contracts, pre-event planning, and post-event follow-up.Content –

Develop and maintain a content library to educate and support the efforts of the sales team. This includes published press releases, white papers, videos, and targeted pitch deck samples, ensuring all materials have a cohesive look and feel.Branding/Partnerships –

Maximize the value of strategic partnerships and branding initiatives, leveraging existing relationships and exploring opportunities for new partnerships to enhance Solutions’ social profile.Support improvement of brand perception and recognition in the energy management and carbon management space.Marketing Strategy-

Develop and deliver tactical marketing communications campaigns across all media to support sales initiatives and drive additional revenue.BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES / IMPORTANT SUCCESS FACTORS:
